Yoga Teacher

In 2007, a shoulder injury first led Kimberly to a Boston yoga studio and her mat. In that class she received more than she ever expected. Since then, yoga has been a constant gift that has spread into every area of her life, and has helped her to face large adversities with grace, courage and resiliency.

Today, she feels incredibly grateful to share the practice of yoga as a teacher. It is her mission to help others and spread her knowledge of wellness. Kimberly teaches yoga and meditation (Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra) classes in studios, colleges, privately and in the workplace.

Kimberly’s teaching approach involves creating a learning environment that is safe, non-competitive, fun and loving. In just one yoga class, students will likely sweat, meditate and laugh out loud as they learn to tune into their inner-self. In meditation classes, practitioners often leave feeling incredibly refreshed, relaxed and empowered. Whatever class Kimberly’s guiding, she works with students at every experience level to offer the space for personal discovery, both on and off the mat.

Kimberly is a RYT® 200 with Yoga Alliance, a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher and a Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra Teacher®. She is also First Aid, CPR & AED certified.
