Yoga Teacher

Kimberly first walked into a yoga studio in 2007 at the advisement of a physical therapist; she was recovering from a shoulder injury. In that first class Kimberly received more than she ever expected and she was immediately hooked. Kimberly has been practicing ever since. In the subsequent years, yoga has been a constant, a gift that she has watched spread into every aspect of her life. Her practice has helped her face even larger adversities with grace, courage and resiliency. Today, Kimberly is incredibly grateful to share the practice of yoga with you as a teacher.

Kimberly teaches yoga and guided meditation (Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra) publicly, privately and in the workplace. She is also passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone. Kimberly runs a weekly donation-only class and offers yoga and guided meditation workshops to the chronic pain community.

Kimberly is a Kripalu Yoga Teacher and 200HR RYT® with Yoga Alliance; graduate of Kripalu Yoga & Health's Yoga Teacher Training program (Yoganand Michael Carroll and Kristie Newhart), and a Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra Teacher (Jennifer Reis). She is First Aid, CPR & AED certified. She also feels very thankful for all of her Boston yoga teachers whom continue to guide her.
